Property layout
The first floor includes two bedrooms, both enjoying a wonderful view of the sea. One of the bedrooms has two levels. Each room has its own bathroom. The ground floor consists of a wide hall and separate kitchen. There are also five bedrooms on this floor, with the entrances of each bedroom leading to the swimming pool. A barbeque and large swimming pool (150 square metres) are located on a vast green lawn.

Interior setting
The villa was built in 2007 by very talented professionals who were famous Greek businessman and his wife, director of The Thessaloniki State Museum of Contemporary Art. The design of the interior setting enjoys great variety. There is, for example, a sea-style bedroom and room of a traveller which do not abolish the feeling of cohesion and wholeness. The combination of wood and stone helps to feel the connection with nature. Also, extraordinary texture combinations and selected elements of décor complete the atmosphere of harmony, prosperity and comfort.

Location
Market, supermarket and grocery shops are located at a distance of about 8 kilometres away (10 minutes by car).
There is an organized beach (marked by Blue Flag – an international award of the Foundation for Environmental Education), water sports, beach bars and a restaurant – 1 kilometre away (2 minutes by car).   
Restaurants and fish taverns are located 2-8 miles away (5-10 minutes by car).   Also, there are shops, restaurants, bars and other entertainment venues situated at the port of Kea, 20 kilometres away (35 minutes by car).   
Finally, doctor and proper health care can be found in the main city Lulida, 15 kilometres away (25 minutes by car).
