The first floor has the main bedroom and two living rooms, each having a separate bathroom and entrance to the terrace. The ground floor has a spacious living room with fireplace, dining area, fully fitted separate kitchen, suite with its own bathroom, closet and guest bathroom. The site has a parking for 3-4 cars, beautiful 80-square-metres swimming pool and charming pergola with a seating area. There is a large veranda with a dining area for 10 people and barbecue.

Internal setting

Building works at the villa were finished in 2012. It has a wonderful view on the city of Mykonos and island Tinos. The interior design was made in the Greek Mediterranean style. The very atmosphere of Mykonos suggests freshness, ease and simplicity of design. The main task of the designer was to create comfortable and convivial conditions, the feeling of open space and harmony with nature. This is why the designer combined white with naturally saturated colours, minimum decor, natural materials and accessories with nautical themes. As a result, the villa and surrounding landscape were merged into a single entity, to fill its residents with positive energy and a sense of peace.

Location

The villa is based in the area of Kanalia, three kilometres from the centre of Mykonos and about 500 metres from village Ornos, where you will find everything essential – supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, vegetables, fruits, fish shops, taverns and so forth. You will not be disturbed by the sound of night discos, but, at the same time, you will be able to reach any point in the island within 10 minutes. For comparison: Ornos beach – 2 minutes by car, Mykonos – 5 minutes, airport – 10 minutes.
